The wine
The family's classic thoroughbred. Vibrant and silky, the latter has a beautiful straw colour. The perlage is fine and very persistent. On the nose, evolved and elegant, it expresses the typical aroma of bread crust and a refined note of cassis. On the palate, it offers an excellent persistence, crunchy and creamy at the same time.
An ideal aperitif, it can however be paired with many dishes, especially fish and shellfish. Excellent with seafood risotto, but you have to try it with the classic risotto alla milanese. As a second course, it is a must with grilled and fried seafood.

Today, Monsupello is firmly guided by his heirs and maintains a strictly family profile, with production clearly oriented towards quality...
