The wine
Intense red wine, with violet reflections. Intense and fine bouquet, very reminiscent of violet and small red fruits. Dry taste, characterized by a good softness (a pleasant sugar residue is perceived) that goes well with the balanced tannin of the Croatina. You can taste it throughout the meal starting from an Italian appetizer (based on salami), with fairly structured first courses (ravioli with sauce, tagliolini etc.) and with second courses based on white or red meats, better if cooked roasted.
