Mongioia Moscato d'Asti La Moscata

A solo of white Muscat declined through the bubbles. Inviting label, easy, in the immediate sense of the term. It expresses very clearly both the nose and the mouth thanks to a rich catalog of fruity sensations of citrus matrix. There is no shortage of exotic, always fruity, lychee and passion fruit. The finish alternates flavor with balsamic notes of mint and verbena. Excellent with seafood, even excellent with a buffalo mozzarella, topped with abundant flakes of tuna bottarga.
