The wine
This Bourgogne Blanc is straw yellow in color with light nuances that turn golden. The nose expresses hints of honey, citrus fruits, white fruit and almonds. In general the perfume is enveloping and intriguing. The sip is soft, broad, fresh and mineral, with good persistence. Excellent in combination with stewed fish, smoked salmon, raw fish and fresh cheeses.
