The wine
Mesa Buio Buio is a powerful ruby-red color with cherry reflections, with a clear and consistent appearance. The nose expresses a perfume of good intensity and medium amplitude. The composition simultaneously brings fresh and balsamic notes of red fruit and flowers, together with more complex memories of spices and new woods. The taste is rich, full, satisfying. The balance is perceived from the first sip with the evidence of a silky texture helped by very light acid notes and tannins of rare softness. Long and full of new nuances on the palate. It goes well with second courses of furred game, sweet and sour wild boar, important mature cheeses.
