The wine
straw yellow color, bright and luminous stratified foam, fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is composed of intense fruity hints of apple, pear and apricot, and articulated floral sensations of rose and wisteria. The sip is crunchy, savory and balanced between sweetness and freshness. Aftertaste of great fragrance and freshness despite the presence of a perceptible sugar residue.
