A small traditional sapling vineyard with a high planting density, where the interventions are all manual from winter pruning to harvest. A varied soil and subsoil consisting of marl, sands and clay dominated by limestone. A southern exposure, at one of the lowest latitudes on the island, in an area with a strong wine-growing vocation.
Three native grape varieties: Alicante, Nero d'Avola and Frappato, a sign of tradition, but original in their combination. These are all factors that give rise to unique, balanced wines: expression of the territory. Liama an intense and fragrant red, an inimitable blend of Alicante, Nero d'Avola, Frappato, of which it assumes all the characteristics of finesse, typicality and persuasiveness.
