The wine
Ruby red with excellent brightness, aromas of dried petals and violets go hand in hand with sweet spices and cinnamon, anise and nutmeg; a mountain breeze, gentian and sour cherries in alcohol make their entrance giving great complexity. The sip is balanced and structured, tannic but not aggressive, with a floral finish. Perfect if combined with rich and substantial first courses, second courses with meat and young cheeses.
