The wine
This wine with an intense garnet color, offers a nose with clear hints of red fruit and a slight spiciness. The sip pleasantly wraps the mouth and appears structured and with a long savory finish. Enhances the flavor of second courses of red meat, game and aged cheeses. Excellent in combination with porcini mushrooms, chanterelles and eggs cooked in shank juice.
