The wine
Intense bright ruby red with garnet hues, the nose is an intense and enveloping riot of red fruits and ripe fruit, which blend perfectly with the floral and spicy notes. The sip is very intense and persistent, with an aftertaste reminiscent of licorice. Ideal with roasts, braised meats, risotto, aged cheeses, game.
