The wine
Aglianico Rosalice shows itself in a bright pink glass; the aromatic bouquet is expressive, characterized by floral notes of rose and violet and fruity of raspberries and strawberries. The sip is warm and enveloping but also dry and characterized by a pleasant savory and acid note. Excellent in combination with structured first courses and with spicy meat preparations.
