The wine
Principal vine of the company. The vines are trained with spurred cordon with two buds per fruiting head. The production is 70 hl / ha. The grapes, thinned out during veraison, are harvested in plastic baskets from mid-September to early October when the taste of the berries has a good compromise between acidity and sweetness. The maceration lasts about ten days and the refinement is in steel for nine months followed by four months in the bottle.
