The wine
The Cinerino was born from the meeting of the Abbona family with the Viogniers of the Rhone Valley. Since then, the desire to reproduce that excellence has been rooted in the hills. The name derives from the heron that occasionally makes a stop in the pond overlooked by the vineyards. The challenge of planting Viognier on the hills of the area has given excellent results. The Cinerino is more convincing every year thanks to aromas of honey, white flowers and citrus fruits of rare charm. The mouth is rich, enveloping, soft, with an exceptional freshness. Perfect as an aperitif, it adapts to fish, oysters, risotto. Excellent with soft blue cheeses.
