The wine
Partially fermented in barrel (20%) on its lees and for 2 months, this Martúe white offers us a wonderful aromatic intensity. This is a delicious, intense, fresh and fruit-forward Chardonnay.
A straw-yellow colour with lemony glints, the wine is clean and bright in appearance. The nose reveals a fine intensity of aromas: pineapple in syrup, hay and caramel. After a while, there are hints of patisserie and toasted bread. On the palate, it is young, fresh, fruit driven and floral at the start; then structured and lush, with subtle woody notes coming through later on, and showing good length.
