The wine
The name "Mongris" derives from the contraction of the words monovitigno and Pinot Grigio ("Gris"in Friulano). Golden yellow color with copper shades. The strong and immediate perfume presents itself with pronounced hints of acacia flowers, broom and apple mixed with the sweetness of the bread crust and vanilla. The taste is characterized by an elegant fruity, it becomes full-bodied structured and sapid. In the final it is very persistent, salinity stands out.
