The wine
The color is pale straw, sometimes with a pale hint of antique gold. The scent is fruity, with a clear hint of acacia flowers, rennet apple, peach and green hazelnut. The taste is fresh, fragrant, delicately mineral. Traditionally it goes well with delicate appetizers but with intense flavors such as veal with tuna sauce, flans, pasta with vegetables, rice salads, stewed white meats, boiled or baked. It is an ideal companion for raw or marinated fish.
