The wine
Nebbiolo d'Alba Roccheri is a Piedmontese red with good gustatory and olfactory intensity. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. Floral notes of roses and hints of vanilla and spice make up a pleasant aromatic profile. The sip is intense but fresh, composed of good tannic texture and excellent persistence on the palate. It goes well with meat dishes, pasta with meat sauce and aged cheese. Also excellent with mushroom risotto.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
