The wine
Montenisa Brut Rosé is a tantalizing rosé with agile structure and elegant taste-olfactory sensations. It has a pink onion skin color. The nose is full of fragrant aromas, a delicious mix of currants, strawberries, citrus peel, almond confetti, aromatic herbs and ginger. In the mouth it is fresh and delicately tannic, balanced and pleasant. Excellent with a risotto with scampi, with a Catalan lobster and stewed seafood.
