Mansio Apollo

Obtained from Grillo grapes, it is a full straw-colored white wine, with aromas of delicate flowers such as jasmine at night and freesias, with their sweet not excessive but delicate tip; on the palate there is an agreement of complex flowers and of various flavors, from white mulberries to yellow plum, from apricot to pear, up to yellow peach. It has a remarkable freshness, excellent acidity, beautiful dryness and the unmistakable flavor typical of Grillo; it is a well-structured wine that goes well with fish, seafood, white meats and goat cheeses.
