Mandrarossa Cavadiserpe

A unique blend for the Sicilian wine scene. A red with a great structure and personality, the result of the happy marriage between the roundness and softness of Merlot with the aromatic notes of the Alicante Bouschet. At sight it shows a ruby red color with reflections that turn to violet; the nose expresses sweet notes of plum and plum jam and hints of aromatic herbs and spices. The sip is intense and harmonious. Try it with lamb chops and roast potatoes, macaroni timbale and cheese and artichoke omelette.
