The wine
The aim for Luna Beberide with this wine is to showcase one of the white varieties that has been giving Spanish wine the greatest number of pleasant surprises in recent years: the Godello. It certainly has achieved it, coming up with a white that’s young and vibrant, balsamic and medicinal, juicy and flavoursome.
What does this wine taste like?
It displays a magnificent nose, expressive, fresh, seductive and sweet, with touches that bring to mind rose petals and fennel. Hay, pollen and yellow fruits come to the fore after a few minutes in the glass.
It has a serious, balanced palate, and some sinew, with acidity present right the way through and showing the Godello’s distinct character. Its flavours are clean, with a citrusy freshness. It proves harmonious and long, intense and very easy to drink.

Drinking and storing
It should ideally be served at about 5 ºC in a normal white wine glass.
When stored in perfect conditions it can be kept for 3 years after its vintage date, and even for longer in the best years. However, we recommend drinking whilst young, within its first two years.
Food pairing
Salads, filled pastas like ravioli and cannelloni, seafood, semi-oily fish, chicken with lemon or feta-type cheeses.
