The wine
From grapes dried for about a month, then vinified in dry conditions and aged for 18 months in tonneau, this great barbera dresses a beautiful very intense ruby red color with violet hues in the glass. Intense and broad on the nose, this wine expresses hints of pepper, berries, black cherries, balsamic herbs, withered violets, chocolate, licorice and sweet spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, impetuous, warm, fruity, but also fresh, persistent and naturally very long-lived.
