The wine
Rosso Piceno by Luca Cimarelli is a still and dry red wine from the Marches; at sight it has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of cherry and red fruits. the sip is large and light, counterbalanced by a good acidity. Perfect to accompany the whole meal with a menu based on land cuisine.
