The wine
Bright and full straw color, it has a wonderful nose of herbs and hay, vegetable but also fruity with notes of cedar peel, pink grapefruit, dehydrated apricot and apple juice. Do not miss the sweet spice, roasting, minerality. In the mouth it is enveloping, full of character, with freshness and flavor to balance this robust outfit. The spicy and balsamic finish is long and satisfying.
