The wine
Ribolla Gialla di Livio Felluga is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections; the aromatic profile is intense, fresh and refined. The delicacy of the white spring flowers, peony and calla flowers goes perfectly with the fruity notes of white cherry, strawberry pulp and apple. Refreshing hints of citrus and thyme complete the bouquet. The sip is lively, dynamic and pleasantly mineral. Citrus notes of cedar and lime and lively acidity give a persistent sensation of freshness. Delicate but enveloping with a slightly balsamic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, this wine goes beautifully with battered vegetables and pies, with savory cheeses and fish dishes.
