At sight it has an intense golden yellow color; the nose is very complex, captivating and with sweet sensations that evolve over time. Calla flowers, white rose, ginger, date, quince jam, English soup, sultanas, dried figs, mandarin, nashi, white cherry. In the glass, during the tasting, strong sensory perceptions deriving from the hollowing are highlighted. The sip is rich, full, satisfying and persistent. The attack, which recalls the taste of the honeycomb, is amalgamated with fruity sensations of apricot in syrup and yellow peach, creamy with cream and crème brûlée that fade into an elegant flavor and an aftertaste of vanilla ice cream. Superb as a "meditation" wine. Ideal partner for tasty, spicy and blue cheeses. Also perfect with dry pastries. Excellent with foie gras.
