The wine
If Pinot Grigio is the vine that brought Alvaro Pecorari and his wines to the attention of the whole world, Sauvignon represents the new challenge of the company.
The steel only version (the winery also offers a Selection that partly matures in wood) is intense, fruity and floral, just as it suits a good Sauvignon Blanc that immediately dispenses varietal notes of nettle and elderberry, gooseberry, pear and mint.
A recognizable and seductive wine; agile and fresh on the palate, it is pleasant and balanced and offers a finish with consistent references of remarkable cleanliness.
