The wine
This is one of the great estate wines produced by Dominik A. Huber and Eben Sabie in Torroja del Priorat, and in this case with Cariñena grapes grown on vines aged around 70 years old and planted out in black slate soils, facing towards the south-east, and lying in the small, 1.2 ha parcel of land called Les Tosses, at an altitude of 600m.
Matured over 24 months in French oak barriques and bottled using a gravity-fed system, without fining or filtration.

Terroir al Límit
Terroir al Límit is the personal project of Dominik Huber, a lover of the Priorat, a land he arrived in 1996. The preliminary history of this winery began back in the year 2000, when Dominik and Eben Sadie, a South African winemaker, met at Mas Martinet.
