The wine
Colle dei Marmi is the name of the road that runs alongside the first vine planted on the farm and also the name of the first cultivation and vinification of Fiano experienced in the Castelli Romani in modern times. At sight it has a straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. Aromas of ripe fruit with yellow flesh, pineapple, light nuances of vanilla and acacia honey. The sip is of great freshness, flavor and mineral notes with a pleasantly fruity return; it has a long taste-olfactory persistence.
