The wine
The Refosco of Le Monde shows a strong ruby red color with reflections that turn to violet; the perfume is enveloping and elegant; expresses notes of ripe red fruits and spices. The sip is gentle and aristocratic, conquering from the first sip for the perfect harmony between body, mineral notes, and a dense and silky tannic texture. It goes well with full-bodied, soft and fatty dishes that it manages to keep at bay. Not only red meats, but also a delicious carbonara will be enhanced by this wine.
