The wine
The Valpolicella Superiore of the Le Guaite di Noemi company has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Notes of ripe cherry, blue berries, red currant, black plum, grass and violet, make up the aromatic profile. The sip is soft and seductive, with an attractive appearance; optimal flavor, acidity and frankness, presence of ripe fruit and spices aftertaste. It goes perfectly with many types of food such as pasta, risotto, soups, roast beef and medium-aged cheeses.

The winery
Le Guaite di Noemi
Born in 1994, Noemi Pizzighella is instead in charge of her Guaite, in Valpolicella. In the vineyard since she was a child, she now brings the same idea of freshness into her wines. Jovial and light in a land of opulence: what elegance!
