Le Guaite di Noemi Amarone della Valpolicella
2011Spec sheet
The wine
Le Guaite di Noemi's Amarone della Valpolicella has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses notes of red cherry, black berry, plums and balsamic hints, fresh fennel and pepper. The sip on the palate is soft and seductive, with a captivating flavor and an optimal and frank acidity, with notes of red fruits and spices. It goes perfectly with many types of food such as braised meats, steaks, roast beef, aged cheeses and game.

The winery
Le Guaite di Noemi
Born in 1994, Noemi Pizzighella is instead in charge of her Guaite, in Valpolicella. In the vineyard since she was a child, she now brings the same idea of freshness into her wines. Jovial and light in a land of opulence: what elegance!
