The wine
Wine with a refined and persistent bouquet where the iodine mineral notes are well combined with aromas of white and yellow pulp fruit, floral nuances, mimosa and chamomile in particular and fresh notes that refer to the Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and savory, vibrant with acidity and rich in fruit, long and tonic the finish enhanced by a vibrant citrus note.
