The pale and perfumed red 2020 Laventura Garnacha is delicate, floral and expressive, open and clean, with a fresh palate and focused flavors with an acid berry-tingled finish. It's tasty and textured, very pleasant and lively, really delicious. It was produced with grapes from Tudelilla, a classical zone for Garnacha, looking for red fruit and contained alcohol (it's 14%). The destemmed grapes fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete, and the wine matured in a 2,000-liter oak vat. 2,666 bottles were filled in August 2021. Superb!
