The wine
In the Ladin language (the one originally spoken in South Tyrol) mimuèt means "according to my tastes". Garnet red in color with ruby reflections, this Pinot Noir has a discreet aromatic bouquet, with notes of red fruits, freshly cut grass and with flavors of wood. The sip is of medium structure, elegant, agile, velvety and fresh, with perceptible tannins. Perfect with white meats, poultry, duck, game and delicate cheeses.
