The wine
South Tyrol is one of the few Italian wine areas able to offer Pinot Noir optimal growth conditions, and it is no coincidence that this grape variety is currently one of the most widespread among the red ones. The sip is medium-bodied, typical varietal, velvety and slightly spicy. Perfect in combination with white meats, beef, lamb, game and aged cheese.
