The wine

Pinot Grigio currently also known as Pinot Gris and Grauburgunder is the most cultivated white grape in South Tyrol. In the vineyards of Magrè and Salorno, immersed in a Mediterranean climate, limestone soils with a high content of sand and pebbles prevail, and there this exponent of the noble Pinot family finds its congenial habitat.

At sight it has a bright and limpid straw yellow color. The scent is composed of intense, fruity (melon and peach), spicy and mineral aromas. The sip is structured, fresh and dry. Ideal to accompany appetizers with mushrooms and potatoes. Also excellent in combination with fish dishes.
