La Source Torrette

Source Torrette is an intense and engaging wine with an apologetic ruby red color. The nose expresses a broad and full aroma of ripe red fruit, cherries and plums. In the mouth it gives a satisfying sip, in which the grape pulp manifests itself in all its richness, maturity and sweetness. Characterized by a rather soft tannic texture and a freshness well integrated with the tasting. Closes with a nice finish, long and enthralling. Throughout the meal, it goes well with delicate meat dishes; also perfect with a crunchy Milanese cutlet.
