Donna Daria was the daughter of Count Alberto da Baone who brought viticulture back to the Euganean Hills in the Middle Ages: it is obtained with the best grapes produced on Monte Castello in Baone using products that respect the environment as much as possible. The sight is golden yellow in color, the nose is intense and concentrated, with flavors of mandarin, sage and rosemary. It is a classy wine, elegant on the palate with citrus notes and long persistence. Excellent with cheese, goose and duck liver, cream and fruit desserts, dry pastries.
