The wine
At sight it has a golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage; the nose is very elegant and full of character, with notes of candied fruit and ripe fruit. The sip is enveloping and persuasive, balanced by the right freshness. Very intriguing. Ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif accompanied with appetizers.
