The wine
Produced by Jorge Ordóñez and the collaboration of the New Zealand oenologist Natalie Christensen, this wonderful Albariño wine made with grapes from 38 small plots reflects the mineral character of the granite soils found in the Salnés Valley. A unctuous and mouth-watering white wine with a refreshing acidity.
