The wine
Müller Thurgau is a very common grape in South Tyrol and in the Isarco Valley, one of the coldest valleys, finds its natural habitat. Fresh and tasty, this South Tyrolean white wine is characterized by aromas of fresh fruit and a marked acidity that make it perfect to accompany fresh cheeses and seafood dishes. Perfect as an aperitif and excellent in combination with fish risotto and seafood pasta, also excellent with grilled or foiled fish.
