The wine
At sight this wine is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections; the aromas are composed of elderberry flowers and exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh and savory with a currant and fruit aftertaste. It goes well with asparagus, onion soups, snails, croutons, fish dishes.

Kaltern Kellerei
The Lago di Caldaro is the largest natural body of water in the region. In the extreme south of Alto Adige, it creates a perfect mix of alpine and Mediterranean climate, balanced and ventilated.
