The wine
It has a pale ruby red color. Vinous, harmonious, slightly herbaceous, the varietal of pinot noir stands out with elegant finesse. The flavor is delicate, elegant, full-bodied, sweet, balanced. It goes well with dishes from our Central European cuisine and with baked fish dishes. For its delicacy it is appreciated the combination with white truffle-based dishes.
