The wine
Jermann Pinot Grigio is an intense and inviting white wine. It has an intense straw yellow color with a delicate antique pink nuance. The nose expresses an intense, broad, fruity aroma with excellent persistence. In the mouth the taste is dry, soft, harmonious and full-bodied. It goes well with fish soups, grilled seafood and preparations based on champignons and porcini mushrooms. Exceptional in combination with lasagna mixed with cuttlefish ink and seasoned with shrimp sauce.
