The wine
Antique golden yellow in color, bright and shining, it expresses hints of ripe, dried and toasted fruit on the nose, then of honey, sweet spices, wax and incense. The long finish is characterized by fresh and savory notes that support and amplify the aromatic component. It accompanies spicy and elaborate first courses, second courses of white meats and fish, which contrast the softness of the wine.
