The wine
The Chardonnay grape in this wine from the Jermann winery finds a worthy expression of its finest qualities. With intense aromas of banana, ripe apple, nutmeg and herbs, on the palate it appears creamy, flavoursome and has a persistent finish. Excellent for accompanying oily fish like salmon.
