Isole e Olena Syrah Collezione is a fine Syrah with an impenetrable purple color. The nose plays with spicy tones, aromas of undergrowth and hints of cocoa, strawberry, balsamic and mineral notes. In the mouth the fusion between the components is perfect; the tannin is strong but not intrusive. Robust and persistent, it gives an excellent return of taste-olfactory sensations. It goes well with red meats, grilled roasts and aged cheeses
