The wine
Clusters of grapes can be separated into two parts: the shoulders and the tips. The latter are formed on the lower halves of the clusters, where the freshest grapes are concentrated. On the shoulders, the upper part, are the riper grapes which produce this magnificent Mencía red. Succulent fruit and a mineral character are its distinctive traits.
