The wine
This Gewürztraminer confirms itself as a wine of great typicality: deep and bright straw yellow color, it has a good concentration and a pronounced aromatic vein, with spicy-smoky notes, of dried flowers and roses that tend to expand and thicken in the glass. The taste is dense and rich, with firm body, remarkable freshness and liveliness. We recommend letting it further age in the bottle for at least a year, so that it can refine its bouquet to the maximum. Try it with aperitifs, shellfish, Asian cuisine and Gorgonzola cheese.
